How can I cancel my order?
We understand that you might change your mind. You can request to cancel your order, but only if it has not yet been shipped. Please include your Order ID in the message.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will have to be processed as a return once you receive it.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please share an unboxing video with us on WhatsApp/Email within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or replacement.
Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can return within 2 days. A return handling charge of below ₹250 will be deducted from your refund. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Will your jewellery tarnish or fade?
No — our pieces are made with stainless steel & PVD 18K gold plating. They are anti-tarnish and water-resistant with proper care.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.
